Made in USA. All metal.
Purchase 8/26/2024. Product feels all metal. Sturdy. Stamped made in USA, and box is printed made in USA. Blades are a bit difficult to insert, but that means they're held tight and secure, so nothing wrong with that. Just use a hammer or bottom of a screw driver and lightly tap to slide it in. Feel like it'll last a lifetime.

Great Quality
Great quality, does the job. 100 times better than the cheap China ones.

Works well; blade up/down & change difficult
This is the second one that I’ve bought so yes it does work. I use it to keep my glass cook top clean from my sloppy spillovers. I recently trashed my last one because it was so difficult (and dangerous) to manipulate the gold colored center adjuster component for the blade. However, after I did I began to second guess myself thinking perhaps I had not used it properly or what ever. So I ordered another, came yesterday, used it today and here’s what happened: It was partly true that I had not used it properly. I had not applied the right amount of elbow grease. Now Amazon does not sell that nor can you find it in any store. I’ve looked, and when I’ve asked customer service they looked at me as if I have 3 heads! You either have it or you don’t and I’m in my 7th decade and handicapped but back to the review. Where was I? Oh yes. The cost is reasonable especially if you’re young and strong, it should last forever unless you happen to buy a flawed one which is always possible but the one I threw out and this new one-both fine. I keep mine on the stove hidden behind my ceramic spoon dish, that’s how often I use it 😏. This time it came with a pack of 5 razor blades which is great but I already had a huge box that I bought from when I bought the first one. OK to sum it up: it works but be careful because it’s hard to manipulate the razor blade in and out: the blade stays put but make sure you have it in all the way; change your blade often-don’t try to use dull blades; use protective gloves or pliers to remove/replace blades; apply a generous amount of elbow grease; finally it fits in my hand and between my fingers comfortably so I can quickly remove and clean my stove top efficiently. No it’s not pink and all cute with rainbows and bunnies. You won’t impress your friends with the newest hi-tech gadget or with how much money you put down. But with a little effort and common sense you’ll have a clean stove top. Should’ve kept my other one and saved my money.

Safety Blade is firmly secured in holder
Several reviews said that it was difficult to insert the safety blade into the holder. It's tight, but use the right technique to install the blade. I inserted the blade partially, then used a hard surface to push the blade into the holder the rest of the way. Others used a pair of pliers. Just don't use your fingers to force the blade into place.

Wonderful Tool to Own
I've had one of these tools for most of my life, but lost mine due to fire in my home 8 years ago. Just now replaced it with this purchase and am very happy with it. Helps so much in removing unwanted buildup of material. It's a great tool to have in your home.

Nice
Quality is good. made in USA which is always nice.Does need a little lubricant out of the box but that's to be expected, all in all a very well built scraper.

Stiff to operate.
Low price for below average quality. It works but not very smoothly. It does, however, hold the blade extremely tight which is important for safe use.

Solid All Metal Build
I needed to scrape off some old blue painter's tape on a downspout that I never finished painting almost 10 years ago, so I needed a paint scraper. I chose the WEUPE blade scraper because it's all metal and built to last. I had no issues loading in a fresh blade. I did need to use a small flat blade screwdriver to center the blade during installation. Everything worked perfectly and I completed my scaping project and now I am ready to paint. I like that the blade retracts safely into the scraper body. I'm very happy that I bought it and nice to know that it was made in the USA.
