Important herb for PMS, Let me explain
I love black cohosh during PMS or during my period. I tend to feel as though it’s so hot. I guess you could call them hot flashes. Well I use black cohosh as well as a few other herbs and make a tea and it cools me right down. Love this stuff! So good for when you’re going through menopause from what I’ve heard too!

I got into making my own herbal teas a few years ago when my hormones started to change. This root is magical for calming hot flashes. Just do your research, as to how long to continue constant use. I do a few weeks with this product then take a break for a few weeks, since this is a strong herb.

I use this as a tea for hormone imbalance. I steep it for about 10+ minutes, then drink. The longer you steep the stronger it will be.
