Good one. Works perfectly fine.

Bought it, didn't use for 5-6 months. Then use it with a wrong mixer by forcing. The stuff they are using is so good quality that the friction damaged my mixer but not their thing. Then I bought another mixer for this, my fault that I didn't check first by fitting. Tried to fit again, didn't fit well. This time their stuff also got a bit damaged by friction :-(. Called them, and told them i bought another mixer and it's not fitting. The guy asks to replace (without my saying anything). I told him that i've already used 2-3 times so don't feel comfortable replacing since it's already out of the warranty period of 6 months. He also did whatsapp video chat to help me.All in all, great product and very decent people. Saves me so much time and energy. Highly recommended.One could argue that the price is a bit on the higher side but once you look at the blade (which doens't rust), and the bottom coupling which is really good quality, my guess is that everything is good quality and probably the money went into engineering.

Bought this on September 2021, been using it for about six months daily. End point is, it does the job. Makes the dough in literally 40 seconds. The cleaning part is a little tedious, so I put soap water and then switch on the button so it cleans from the inside automatically. Good buy for this money, others are for 4K and above.

The media could not be loaded. All material are nicely made but when I start making the dough....it inside knob doesn't even move an inch...so from which angle it's atta making dough maker????Worst...machine doesn't even function...have put the flour but it machine it self not moving..earlier they have not sent the inside black long knob...now even with the knob it's not mixing the flour.

Well it does the job just fine... but the machine shakes far too much, it increases the height of the mixer to such a level that the normal Indian height maid cannot use it. I bought this so that my maid could use a simple appliance but it is very complicated for the maid to put all the parts together and the bowl could be of a thicker quality plastic... looks quite fragile ... now for the acid test hope the after sales service is good.... only time will tell. But that having been said the dough was very good and was very fast to make.

Love this product. A missing part has been sent by the manufacturer. He is very good in support and quick in his work. I used this product and it works perfectly according to my needs

Good product container should have been strong and durable its thin plastic. While operating get scared where it may brake.Easy to operate fits in my mixe.Improve the thickness of the jar.So that we can use without fear.
