I hear the bands stretch out fast, Do you get a replacement every time your bands unravel or stretch out? then after a year you are out of luck?

This is no longer an issue :) We 100% guarantee they will never fray or stretch out. Last year, we had a very small batch of defective bands which we have now eliminated from our stock. We messaged every customer who may have been affected and replaced their band right away. Since then we have proactively implemented many new quality control techniques including new sturdier sewing techniques that reduce the chance of a defect and invested in the highest quality elastic. We are the biggest band seller in the USA and currently, only 1 in every 5000 or so band sets that we sell might have a human error defect which causes issues. We are SUPER proactive in any band replacements and you can see from any negative reviews that customers who reach out to us receive their free replacements right away. Unlike all the other bands, ours have three true levels of resistance and they are all the same size. They will NEVER stretch out and if they do then we consider it a 1/5000 defect and replace them immediately. As a small, female-run business we are committed to giving every customer a 5* experience. Do these work for people weighing over 250 pounds?

The circumference should fit a selection of sizes. The black is the smallest and I’ve had clients over 200lbs use it! The pink and grey offer less resistance and are slightly wider. Considering these bands work with tension, a larger individual can use them as efficiently and effectively as a smaller one.

Can these bands be used in HotWorx gyms?

Hi there, great question! Our bands have not been tested for use in HotWorx gyms so we do not recommend it.

Such a GREAT INVESTMENT. (Brought sexiness back out)

I am SO HAPPY that I ordered these bands to work out with. I only ordered them last month and received it on Aug 25th, ALREADY I'm seeing such an improvement in my body. If you can imagine it and believe in it, the goal will happen. All 3 bands look exactly like its shown in the picture (For those who wonder) and its all in FANTASTIC QUALITY and REALLY strong. Perfect for glute bridges

Great bands! After careful consideration I chose these because I wanted them to be the same length but have different resistance. They worked perfect for glute bridges, hip lifts, squats or lunges. I would consider myself advanced but not a bodybuilder, I was able to use the heavy band for most everything and get a good burn. I would recommend to anyone though, beginners can use the light bands. It came with a workout guide and a carrying pouch.

Sturdy, strong product. I ordered after using these at the gym. Reversible, with strength level noted on each. Comes in a clear zippered pouch for organized storage - includes a book with suggested exercises & links to workout videos.
