Beautiful, Functional, Great Price point
These Belle Coupe champagne glasses are GREAT! They can also be used for a number of cocktails. Do be aware however, they are NOT fine crystal like the crystal made in Ireland, beginning with a "W". [Two fine crystal Belle Coupe glasses would run around $150... possibly $200.] Again, just know what you're buying. But for my purposes, they're perfect. I don't use my expensive "W" crystal other than at the dinner table. These are more for party/celebratory purposes.... when persons may be less careful with their glasses and are setting them down anywhere. These are VERY pretty, but heavy. One can see seams if looking for them, but again, you're not buying "W" crystal. These are heavy, sturdy, pretty, and have the fancy "look", while also not breaking the bank. They're a win -- at least, for me and my purposes. I just love the Dublin line because it's so functional ... precisely because it's not terribly delicate. I use it much more often than my good crystal which stays well protected in the china cabinet. [Sidebar: Expectations are unrealistic for any items in this line if a person expects fine crystal at these prices.]

Great glasses
These are great for entertaining guests with a little splash of design. I'm I highly recommend these to anyone who might have a few guests over for some margaritas on a Saturday night or for anyone who likes to unwind after a long day. With a slow drink

Beautiful and great value! Way better than my flimsy champagne flutes that always smash.

these are pressed glass - - they are NOT crystal - - and the finishing on them is very poor
These are NOT crystal, despite what the name says. They are Chinese-made pressed glass. The rims are "thick". The mold seam is plainly visible; very poor finishing. From a distance, they do look like cut crystal, however.Pix compared to soup can. You could put these thru the dishwasher, but I wash by hand. If I crack one, I'd have to buy another set of 4!I do not use them for champage, however. They are not the right shape; having a wide diameter will disipate the bubbles. To preserve the bubbles, you need what's called a "champagne flute." The diameter is about 2" and the glass is tall. Also: (1) hold flute by stem to preserve bubbles and keep chilled as you drink it; do not buy a champagne flute without a stem. (2) tip glass and pour champagne down side. (3) chill bottle right-side-up (not on its side) to avoid blowing top off bottle when opening and having champagne foam out. (4) cover top with towel when opening in case of lava flow. (5) do not shake before opening. (6) do not quick-chill with a start in the freezer; this wine is under pressure & you'll have an explosion = a big mess); plan ahead! Here is the same brand, but a flute shape. These, too, are not finished well. Again, note the mold seam.https://www.amazon.com/Godinger-Dublin-Crystal-Champagne-Flutes/dp/B0019FEC90/ref=sr_1_7?crid=27SKKZBLRDA1V&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.mRHJ-VBOnyeedtnxPEgtwmOiTugSQ2m80v5UnNEE8ROCSKyqa6fe8eNBIEWvmKnL1L30XoE6W9j6B2AcYYogg3WZH-ZdsQC8aGZWOe3r2IpJFmnFRHNXbQPgH3Lq5MBJBxWlhG-JELY2TdUP0LztOrJuUUAJsIr2PrKNijl6Tu5Y_E6fWnNR7pJAAB1vIkmzFll81tyjd29yTnEuljyfunO6Z5JpWmH25NuNb8HjUK4L2KzYV3C0ZpWKPGqfaA7E2pIqB_95am3GFnr0peSrknQAAOIHMzACHG7qM1WDBmo.qyQKAs2-aBeo1f5g2NKT10K2QFipUIuwKInxoS7JD6U&dib_tag=se&keywords=champagne%2Bflutes&qid=1728158870&sprefix=champagn%2Caps%2C143&sr=8-7&th=1I use these for desserts; sherbet; mousse (mix 1:3 prepared pudding and Cool Whip is an easy recipe). Go ahead and buy. If you want to preserve bubbles, get flutes. mb

Excellent Godinger quality!
I have purchased many Godinger pieces over the years, and these champagne glasses do not disappoint. I actually bought these to use as martini glasses, and they will work perfectly! These glasses are quite substantial, and have a nice weight in the hand. They would be worthy of appearances in fine restaurants or even movie scenes (I often see Godinger rocks glasses in movies, when elegant glassware is required). I highly recommend elevating your cocktail experience with Godinger barware, you won’t regret it.

pretty but not delicate.
Ordered for a bride and groom, not just a set of two for the toast but a practical set of 4 for entertaining for years to come. The weight of the crystal and quality of the cut were a happy surprise, well worth the price.

Not 4 oz!
I ordered these specifically because I already own 5.5 oz coupe glasses and wanted some smaller ones. These are advertised as 4 oz. Right on the box the capacity is listed as 6 oz. I wanted smaller coupes for cocktails and I got larger ones...Otherwise, they are nice glasses and I probably won't go through the trouble of returning them despite my disappointment. They are hefty for coupe glasses, not at all dainty and elegant like my other champagne coupes, but I can think of a few cocktails that these will serve well.
