I use this as an alternative to gargling with apple cider vinegar every night and it works wonderfully. Pills are small and easy to use. Apple Cider Vinegar has a bunch of great health benefits so I would definitely recommend.

I am using this product to aid in Weightloss. It is tasteless and really easy to swallow with no after taste. The few things I dislike are the misleading headline of 1500mg in one capsule. You would need 2. dosage instructions conflict with that stating a serving is 1 capsule which led me to looking up information. Also, it doesn’t state whether the ACV is filtered or not, so I’m unsure if it contains mother.

I’m very happy to say this helped me with bloating and digestion. I simply felt better overall. Worked better than other Apple Cider Vinegar products, probably because it’s stronger.

Did absolutely nothing for other than give me a heartburn.

I like the pills but if it could tell you if you need 2 pills or 1 pill daily to help you people don't say how many pills they take to help them
