Not Padron peppers, don't know what they are.
Had no trouble sprouting these, but they take some care. We soaked them for at lease a day, starting with really hot water. They took over a week to germinate and then grew very slowly in the seed pots. As soon as I transplanted them to the garden, they started taking off. The largest plant was almost 24 inches tall before we gave up on them. But, these are not padrons. I don't know what they are. Look at the photos. Young peppers or older peppers, the skins are like 4 mil plastic. They have a good flavor, but eating them is like eating shrimp in their shells, or peanuts in their shells, which you technically can do, but that has never been my experience with Padrons in restaurants or bought at markets. They're not even the same shape. You get a lot of peppers from each plant. Just mystery peppers. Not Padrons.

Growing well and we are hopeful.
Nearly every seed was a bushel of peppers. Originally I grew 50, starting them out in a seed planter, two per point. That was a waste of 25 plants. Every plant grew and it was a waste to cull 25 perfectly good plants. When I started the next 50 seeds, I lost a total of three seeds out of 100. This was a bumper crop of peppers. I now have a ton of pepper plants growing and a ton of peppers. If I wanted to sell these at a local farmers market, I would be flush with peppers daily. Living in Florida I started these late so I could have Pimientos de Padron for Christmas. I am happy to report that I have many for tapas.Good luck with these. Be aure to have good soil and proper fertilizer. I add used coffee grounds above the soil around the plants. I watered them daily on very hot Florida days, and every other day on overcast days.I will be happy to buy from this seller again.

Didn’t produce padron peppers
These seeds produced a smaller, slender pepper that was fairly flavorless. Such a waste of time and garden space.

Waste of Money/Time
These seeds were garbage... I planted all of them and didn’t get one plant. I’m a seasoned vegetable grower and would like to think I have a green thumb. I gave some seeds to several family members/friends to try as well and no one could grow this pepper plant!
