Save your Money. This thing did not work
Two of my three pups enjoy poops. My vet recommended it. I remember 20 years ago the vet used to proscribe those white powders which worked like a charm. In any event, we bought two boxes, another two boxes, another two boxes and another four boxes. We religiously fed them three times a day to all three dogs with their meals. IT NEVER WORKED! It only makes them smarter. They would poop a little to draw my attention. When I am busy picking it up after them, they would go to a different location, poop, and start enjoying it. By the time I notice it, half of it would be gone.

Didn't work for my dog
I''m sure this is a good product and my vet recommended it specifically but also said that it doesn't work for all dogs. Mine is a DDR GSD and she still eats poop if she can get away with it. What I can say is that my dog and 2 cats found it very tasty and there was no trouble administering the chews

For stopping stool eating with dogs...
I have found that this product has helped my young dogs gross stool eating by about 90 percent. I checked with my vet first and not only did she approve of this product but I bought first box at their office. From my research it is mostly MSG and once it goes through the dogs system and makes the poo unpleasant so they leave it alone. I do clean up the area immediately. However I have been buying through amazon as the cost is $4. less per box. This is so easy to order; arrives quickly. Worth the try; helped for us.

Doesn’t work
Product didn’t work for our dog. Made “it” more tasty for him. Now he can’t stop. Tried to return but not allowed.

potty mouth
My vet, whom I trust for anything related to my animals, sold me the first box of CoproBan. She was aware of other things I'd tried unsuccessfully, and was sure this product would work. It didn't work for my two dogs. I stopped using it after a box and a half of product had me frustrated, ticked off, angry and at my wits end. One dog will eat the feces of the other, as well as sampling his own..... yeah great.....and although CoproBan was fed to both dogs, it couldn't stop the habit. I followed them around picking up right after they pooped, but once in a while was unable to be there to clean up and there you go..........Besides being fed up and disgusted by the entire matter, the money spent on two boxes of CoproBan is a complete waste. I was led to believe this product was THE ONE to work, Guess my dogs proved them wrong. Before buying CoproBan I would have liked balanced reviews of this product.

Not a magic fix, but works pretty well
I have 3 dogs so this is a little expensive to feed all 3 everyday. I used it for a few days and it didn't stop my dog completely, but it did decrease the frequency of her eating poop. Unfortunately, it made one of my other dogs sick and he had uncontrollable diarrhea 3 nights in a row so I had to stop giving it to them. My other 2 didn't get sick from it and their stomachs are less sensative than his normally. It's not a magic fix, but combined with training it seems to have helped significantly. My dog used to eat poop at least once every time she went outside, even with me standing right next to her telling her to leave it. Now she might try to eat it once every couple days and this is 2 weeks after I stopped giving them the pills. Just be aware, if your dog has a sensitive stomach, it might cause some digestive issues, but otherwise it works pretty well.
