I found these around 6 years ago when I started having symptoms of gallbladder problems. I was on a low-carb diet, and even though I also tried to keep my fats low, gallbladder issues were plaguing me. I took 2 weeks worth of these pills at the time, and they were the only thing that offered true relief. I was even able to resume my low carb diet, and I didn’t have any more issues for around 2 years. Again, I took these pills for 2 weeks, and all was well for another 2 years. I recently reordered, and I only took a few days worth before my symptoms subsided. It worked out, because my wife randomly started having gallbladder problems. Hers is barely functioning at all, so it does have to be removed, BUT these pills have worked wonders as we wait for her appointment with a surgeon. I have never actually had my gallbladder tested, so I don’t know if I have gallstones or just a poorly functioning gallbladder, but we do know that my wife has no gallstones but has a very poorly functioning gallbladder, and these are working great for her. I got these about 6 months ago after being diagnosed with gallstones. I was having weekly attacks. I took one course of these tablets and have been attack free ever since. I had no problems with difficulty digesting them or any other side effects. However, my doctor swears that its the changes to my diet (no red meat, minimal chicken and fish, no high fat foods, minimal cheese etc) that is keeping me attack free as opposed to the pills, but I felt better and much less paranoid whilst I was on them. They are pricey and I have not ordered another course as I i decided to test the doctors theory with diet alone, and hey presto.. I have been attack free since mid May 2010 (had weekly attacks for 6 weeks prior to diagnosis) and have been able to say no to surgery... for the time being at least.

I used to have severe gall bladder attacks; extreme pain, swelling, high fevers, vomiting. I did have to add a pro-biotic to my diet to help maintain my intestinal flora levels as the powerful mint gel cap can strip the flora from your intestinal track which causes bloating and discomfort. I strongly recommend Gall Cleanse as an alternative to surgery.

He / she should have listed the herbal extracts included and the actual description on the bottles. It is highly unlikely that this product will deliver the miracle results as advertised.While "Mentha piperita (peppermint) extract, caraway oil extract, ginger oil, geranium oil, & fennel seed oil" may aid in digestion, they certainly will not dissolve gallstones. The second bottle included suggests to "start taking capsules after 1 week of taking softgels," which claims to flush out the stones with extracts like Grape and "Ginseng," a common ingredient found in energy drinks. Why pay $50 for something that "has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration?" You're better off with a doctor's prescription of Ursodiol for dissolving gallstones less than 2 cm -- this typically takes anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Or if you want to go the natural route, then I'd recommend "Christopher's Liver and Gallbladder Formula" with similar ingredients like Fennel Seed, Ginger, Peppermint" for less than 1/5 of the price!
