Great product, Great Price
I've been using the RAZER Long mat for about a year, and while it’s been great, I’ve had enough of the dry skin marks everywhere. I was washing it every week!I recently switched to the SteelSeries QcK Meduem Hard Gaming Mouse Pad, and it’s somehow even better! The mouse glides smoothly across it, and the bottom is super grippy, so it never moves or slips.I’ve seen people mention that it has sharp edges, which is true, but honestly, how many of us game right at the edge of the mat? I’ve used it for gaming, Photoshop, and working on documents, and my wrist hardly touches the edge. When it does, it doesn’t bother me at all. This pad is far superior to any fabric mat, and I highly recommend it!

Great product
Cant fault this product, only my stupidity in not going for the smaller version. Bought this to replace an 18+ year old radpadz (that had become warped and worn from years of constant abuse) several sources suggested these are the next best thing - they are not wrong, time will tell its longetivy but I'm not expecting to need a replacement any time soon.

After a while it bends up in the middle
Initially an excellent mat, flat, sticks to the table and cleanable but I've had one of these for a bit over two years now and mine, like another reviewers mat has start to bend up in the middle enough to lift the mouse (Swiftpoint Z). This makes it somewhat slidey on the desk, but worse than that the mouse I use has tilt sensors and the curvature of the mat is enough to trigger them if I don't have my hand on the mouse. So I'm looking for a new mat now.

For £25, not great
The good: it comes flat, it has a nice hard slidey surface but also not too much so, and my laser mouse tracks on its perfectly. It's a nice big size. The bad: it's no better, nor worse, than those free harder mouse mats you see given away for free at conferences or trade shows. Sure, this doesn't have branding all over it. But this also costs £25, which is a lot more than zero. The edges are a bit sharp, same as the free mats. Hard to avoid when you're stamping them out with a press I guess. But, equally, for £25, you'd think they'd have filed them down, or maybe added some softer material around the edge or something. The sharpness of the edges irritates my wrist. I ended up placing a twenty five year old mouse mat (the ones with tons of friction and thick foam to grip 1990s mouse balls) underneath for my wrist to bump against, moved this mat in a bit so my wrist never sees it. I will grant this mat that the bottom grips well, it grips the 25 year old mat, and it's all ended up working out okay. But apart from the larger size, I find zero compelling reason to spend £25 on this, when I can pick up identical, though smaller, hard surface mouse mats for free from conferences and trade shows. If I had ever expected to work from home, I'd have snagged one of those, but I guess nobody saw covid coming in time. So £25 is what I spent on this mat, and in fairness to it, it did do the job.

Edges are so rough
I love the hard surface but the edges are really sharp, why didn’t they make them curved so it doesn’t kill the wrist ?!

Really hard, good Mat.
I like a hard Mouse Mat for gaming. This mat is both hard, well constructed and just the right size. Not too long and a perfect height. I won't 'fall off' the mat flying an Apache!
