The media could not be loaded. The first picture is the package that I got at first when I ordered this item. It came in early enough but I couldn't use it for the event I got it for because my order was not correctly packed and I got less item than I ordered. I was going to return the package but the customer service was top notch 👌. They responded to every of my complaints in less than 24hours and the missing items were sent. Although I have not used the chafing dishes, but I can tell you it is study and worth every penny spent. I will recommend you get the "gas one" liquid fuel warmer in place of the ones that come with the chafing dish if you don't want to stain your dish and I believe it is safer compared to the old fashioned cans that you have to light with rubbing alcohol.I will come back again to edit my reviews once I use the can and I see how it works.

I bought these for a buffet style party. They arrived neatly packed, however, as others have said, some of the parts were very hard to pull apart. I would strongly recommend getting some kind of plastic wedge tool to help you pry them apart. I used the end of a sharpie marker since I didn't have anything like that though. It chewed up the marker and still was difficult, but it did eventually allow me to separate the items. I did not cut myself, but I could see it happening, just be careful.I appreciated the entire chafing dish construction was metal. No plastic handles. One of the frames was not totally stable though, so we had to put a stack of napkins under one leg. No big deal, but if that's important to you, you may want to try to order these early before your event in case you need to get a replacement.I manually washed the tops and bottoms of the dishes, the water trays and lids pretty easily with soap and water in the sink.Setup was easy for us. Note, these do not come with fuel, so you need to get your own fuel cans, which aren't that expensive.The caterer we used provided full catering trays of food in the standard aluminum foil variety. These did sit in these chafing water trays, but they weren't made for them, so the lids sort of sat on the edges of the foil trays. It worked, but it would have been better if they were a bit deeper if you don't have the ability to put food into the chafing dish kit's food trays before your event.Cleanup was easy as well, just used soap and water in the sink. I would recommend putting fairly fat bubble wrap in between each tray when you store them so they are easier to separate. It takes up a bit more room, but only vertically. They should come apart much easier with more space in between them.None of mine were really damaged in any way. No scratches, and the microdermabrasion finish looks very nice. If I ever needed another set for a moderate price, I would get these again.

These chafing dishes really are stylish and elegant in appearance, and elevated our at home gathering of 25 family and close friends. Once setup, these allowed me to take it easy, and over see things. My food stayed warm as needed, even hot in some instances, for hours (6 hour fuel cans). I received rave reviews. Of course, I had folks sanitize, each time folks served themselves. Everyone took the the rapid Covid test a day before the dinner. Perfect! No complaints afterwards. No outbreaks. I highly recommend this product. Arrived quickly. Packaged well. Will buy again.
