Worked well for a walk-in shower DIY build
Ceramic subway tile needing A LOT of cuts and this cleaned them up nicely!

much better than the bricks
Last a long time, leaves a very smooth factory edge on tile. Highly recommend, much better than the stones, less chipping.

Great for DIY concrete counter top - took down the surface to level quickly.
I poured a concrete counter top and wanted to avoid making a ton a dust (i.e. using a power sander with diamond pads). This hand pad really took down the concrete quickly and has held up very well so far. It gets clogged (like any sanding pad might) so you have to vacuum up the mess and keep the pad clean for it to keep working well. I suspect the foam of the pad will wear out long before the diamond plate will.

Worked well.
Used to bevel cut edge. This grit worked well but I will mostly buy the next roughest grit for next time. I do feel you should have both. The rougher grit to take most of the material off. Then this lighter grit for the final finish.

More proof that tools are everything
I wish I had known about this product sooner. For a few dollars, I have something that will smooth out the tile’s cut edge, making it look like the manufacturer’s finished edge. Just about 10-15 seconds of use and you get a more professional job. I was uneccesarily worried about it removing the tile’s paint, but its the opposite…it actually smooths the edge and leaves the paint. After cutting and using the tool, I found myself not being able to tell the difference between my cut edge and the factory edge, which says it all.

Great sanding block
This metal hand sanding block replaces using regular sand paper and it’s much easier to use especially on cut tile for smoothing out edges. I would recommend them.
