Works great. Very easy to use and a good sized bottle of cleaner of which I only used a fraction to clean the nozzles on my Epson ET-3830, which primarily had the black nozzle completely clogged so nothing was showing and the three color nozzles in need of cleaning to restore their ink clarity. Just remember to stick the injector needle attached to the syringe into a cup of water and repeatedly pull in and then push out water to flush and clean them before puling in more cleaner from the bottle when switching nozzles or you will get the previous color's ink all into the cleaner. A friend messed this up - can you believe that? This could never happen to me!

I have an Epson ET-2850 that has not printed color properly almost since purchasing a year ago. If you don't print in color often enough the print heads will get clogged up to the point of passing no ink at all. No matter how many times I ran the clean process it would not clear them. Using this was the only way to get it functioning again. I pushed 5mL through each of the non-black heads and ran subsequent nozzle cleaning cycles until they printed all segments.It does take some force to push the liquid through but it worked!. I had to run ~6 nozzle clean cycles, and if you run too many the printer will throw an error that there is an issue with the heads and to read the docs.; simply power it off/on and keep going. Worked

I watched the print head cleaning video published by the brand before deciding to buy this product. Cleaning my Epson did look pretty complicated, but the individual steps were clearly presented in the video, so I decided I'd try it rather than spend an exhorbitant sum on having a professional tech do the job.The kit contains everything you need EXCEPT for a tiny phillips head screwdriver that you'll need to remove the screw holding the print head in place. Be sure to obtain that tool before you begin. The brand also sells the screwdriver separately in case you don't own one.The kit also contains a couple of small plastic objects which aren't discussed in the video and which I didn't need during the process. I have no idea what they're used for. Do have a roll of paper towel handy and a garbage bag to discard all of the paper towels soaked with ink that you'll need to dispose of.One heads up - this is a very messy process. If you don't wear gloves, you'll end up with some ink on your fingers. If you do wear gloves, it will be more difficult to maneuver the cleaning tools within the small space inside your printer. Don't keep anything valuable in the immediate area where you're working because you might damage it when the cleaning solution sprays out a couple of feet. Consider protective glasses so you don't get any in your eyes.In the end, this process was successful. It took me about two hours total because my uptake is slow when it comes to anything technology-related. My printer is printing all four colors again the way it was designed to. To save myself this hassle again in the future, though, I'll make it a point to print at least one color sheet per week as recommended by the manufacturer.Thank you to Best Printers for saving me substantial dollars.

Worked good, cleaned up the nozzles and printer working again

Instructions should have been included on how to load the syringe and how to attach the tube to the ink head without it dripping into the printer.

Product arrived promptly with all items as described. Reviewed utube video prior to understand process and procedure. I have a brother mfc-j835dw printer where only black not printing. All others ok and passed print cleaning and review process so I focused on only the black. Getting the silicon tubing connected to the port took some time even with needle nose pliers. I tried a number of times to push the solution from the plunger into the fitting but to no avail. Tried several times reconnecting the tubing and even holding in place with the pliers but no good. Left overnight with hope some solution got thru the blockage and tried again next day but same results. I'm now reconciled that I need a new printer. Only product suggestion is to maybe add 2 or 3 inches extra to silicon tubing length otherwise a good concept that probably would solve most problems.
