Awesome chair. Very light, but rugged. The company sent a free gift of a table, so this chair does everything. In the morning, we wheel my Mom out to the porch with the table on for breakfast. then take her to the bathroom and the shower. Installing the table was tricky... I didn't want to leave the posts that hold the tray permanently in place, so I wrapped some electrical tape around the bars of the chair, so that when the clamps were tightened the tray posts can still be slid out. I highly recommend this chair!

The chair was OK to start with. But after just 1 ½ months of use the RT back wheel fell off with my wife in the chair almost flipping her over backwards. The ball bearings in the wheel had completely feel apart allowing the wheel to fall off. It does not look like the bearing has ever had any grease in it and to have destroyed itself so fast it had to have been heavily used or severely defective. I would not buy this item again nor would I recommend it to anyone who does not want a shoddy product, not if you value the life of the person who is using it. Fast forward 4 months and the LT wheel bearings seized up and close to falling apart. This by far the most unsafe product that I have bought in a long time and absolutely recommend that it be listed on a recall list with a product safety organization and removed from use. Scrape metal would be a good place for this.

I purchased this chair and have had to replace wheel bearings 4 times. The most recent replacement roller indicates that the wheel spindles are rusting, the frame is also beginning to rust,( product info says frame is guaranteed not to rust). I have called the number and sent email to no response.

This chair has been a life-saver, doubling as an adult potty chair and as an adequate shower chair as well. It rolls easily and tho not the most comfortable seat in the world, does the trick and gets the job done.I would recommend and would buy again. Just wish it were more comfy to sit on as sometimes, when used as a potty, time spent is important.

The chair was very easy to assemble and very light yet very sturdy , I bought it for my mom who doesn’t get around very good anymore and she loves it.

The media could not be loaded. Missing parts. Only rolls over a 16" tall by 16" wide toilet. Pretty uncommon for any home built for elderly to have a toilet bowl that short. Pictures lead you to believe it can fit 20" tall. Picture says padded back. Not padded. Actually made of solid pvc plastic. As stated in other reviews: seats break often and are hard to replace (backordered into oblivion. The design just doesn't provide enough support for the cushion to prevent cracking. Plus it's clearly not made to get wet. Pictures say it's good for 300 pnds. Then another picture says 330 pnds. Then the text in the sale ad shows 220. I mean... Which is it? I'm guessing 220. The rear wheels are a hazard as they are the cheapest form of tin sealed bearings... They are not meant to get wet like outdoor bearings are. Save your time and grief of having your loved one take yet another fall due to poor regulation of mobility aid products.

beside the merchandise is low quality it came in reused box and the packing inside are not factory packings as we can tell . seem like refurbished , open box or customer return .

Very happy with the functionality of the chair. Easy to assemble, wheels ride on thick carpet, booster pedal helps with rolling over shower threshold, padded seat is comfortable and easy to clean. Only downside was problems with shipping.
