Frustrating Experience – Luminous Failed on Installation
I bought a 200Ah Luminous battery inverter setup expecting smooth installation, as Luminous promised free installation. However, after multiple calls and escalations, they kept assigning technicians who never showed up. I wasted my entire weekend waiting, shared my location multiple times (a serious security concern), and still got no help.Finally, out of frustration, I had to hire a local electrician and pay extra just to get it installed. This is unacceptable from a reputed brand! If you are buying this, be ready for a similar struggle or arrange installation yourself.
