Love this bee pollen thank you! Such a delightful and unique flavour and so full of nutrients. Seven hills is one of my fave super food brands - I really trust their ethics and the quality of their products.I love to put it in my tea on sprinkle on top of smoothies- also i just have spoon here and there throughout the day for a little snack and tasty treat- also its fantastic in green tea or coffee/ hot chocolate before the gym to superpower you work out! Easy to digest and I believe it greatly assists the immune system ad digestionI always take a big batch if I go travelling and have a supply of it in my home!Thanks Seven Hill you guys rock!

Great product albeit expensive
a wonderful treat if you can afford it. Last order never arrived unfortunately as it was delivered to the wrong address. I hope they are enjoying eating my expensive pollen.

Love this stuff
This is the first time ever trying bee pollen. I settled on this brand after much research and couldn't be happier with choice. I started with 1 grain on the first day under the tongue to check not allergic and then increased by 1 grain every day for 1 month. After 1 month (30 grains) I was pretty sure I wasnt allergic and am now having 2 tsp in a smoothie every day. I can't say I have felt any difference bodily wise, but I am sure it is helping.
