Found an old small roasting tin that was soon to be trashed and dropped a pellet in.Lighting it did take 15-20 seconds, but once lit I raised the tin under my extraction vent and my wife quickly confirmed PLUMES of white smoke were exiting the vent on the roof.It did smoke for about 30 seconds and I’m glad I held it close under the vent and didn't just leave it on the cooktop, as there was lots of thick smoke.

We used these to check for air leaks in our A/C Heating vents. Would like to see more smoke per tablet. There were more tablets than we needed, so we used 2-3 tablets at the same time to create enough smoke.
