I’ve been using Natrol Liquid Melatonin 1mg for my kids, and it’s been a great help at bedtime. The liquid form makes dosing super easy, and it really helps them wind down and fall asleep smoothly. Definitely a win for our nighttime routine!

Get product. Works well for our little one. The packaging was unacceptable. There were 4 glass bottles sliding around in a package. The bottles were not wrapped to prevent breaking. The delivery person did an excellent job. There were no bottles broken.

I use this product for my 2 sons with severe ADHD. Sleep is a nightmare with them! I found that I did not need to give them a full dosage to obtain the results I was looking for and it's for this reason I will continue to order it. I have not been able to find this dosage in any of my local stores in liquid form nor have I found anything that can beat its price! My youngest son has an issue with taking medicines due to his special needs and I was able to mix this into his juice box without him even noticing! Within half an hour of him taking it, he is ready for bed and sleeps like a dream all night. His mood in the morning is refreshing! I can definitely see the difference in him from using this. My older son tried it without juice and did not care for the taste. Could just be because he's picky. I give him the same dosage as my younger son and while it doesn't help him sleep as well as his brother, he is easier to put to bed and falls asleep better. I could probably up his dosage to obtain the same results as his brother. Very pleased with this product and will continue to order it.

This tastes great. I just put a few drops under my tongue and I am ready for bed in 20 minutes. This helps me to to 6 pretty solid hours of sleep. If I awaken sooner than that (kids, dog hogging bed, cats butt on my face trying to suffocate me) I might be a little dizzy getting up, so i take it when I project at least 6 hours of down time. I don't take it all the time, and I've been using this product for over a year now at least 2-3x a week, and don't feel like I've become addicted to it in order to sleep without it.

It works pretty well. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night for the most part. The flavor is really good, too. It works better than other products I have tried. It's a 2 fl.oz bottle with a dropper

This is so good. My mom was having trouble with sleeping due to menopause and this helped her sooo much. She takes it and in 30 mins she sleeps without waking up bad. Love

Ordered two. Bottles arent even the same label style. One must be newer..?Either way. It works amazing. But. 4mL is 1 mg of Melatonin. So for my older disabled son, I have to give 8mL just to give him 2 mg of Melatonin. He also dislikes the taste. Will probably try a different brand next time.
