Not stainless steel. Can't use vinegar in it
Its not stainless steel, its iron. Used vinegar in first use and it corroded the bottom in first use.

Good product but..
It's a good product. The size is as advertised. Material is firm and lightweight. But the rim of the bowl closes on the inside, so it is very difficult to keep it clean. Liquids go and settle on the inside.
