If you are Menopausal and need Lubricant this is the one used by the G.P surgery. It is very good.

Good for home medical use.
The lubrication effect doesnt last long so I dont imagine it's good for anything else apart from home medical uses.There is no anaesthetic effect either. So its ok but not the best out there.
