Simply love this tea!
This tea seems pretty flavorless, but combined with my green matcha tea, pretty good. Why buy it then? I think it does seem to help my A1c numbers. Since drinking this tea every day, my A1c has stayed steady for the past 2 years - no higher, no lower - just consistent.

Pleasant light drink
I am diabetic it is my morning drink instead of coffee . I like it much better than coffee and it has a very light pleasant aroma to me . I would but it again this is my second bag so far.

not enough tea leaves
There are many tea bags in this but each teabag has not enough to leaves in. so it does not give you enough tea flavor to even small size mug cup.
