I’m not a big fan of balsamic because it seems like there’s a lot of sugar in it (from natural processes or added-don’t know).But this Japanese black vinegar is beyond excellent and does not have that sweet undertone that balsamic has.Only problem is that its atrociously expensive and rarely in stock.

I could not tell from the listing but after I received it - the English ingredient listing was in the bottle. It contains a whopping 11mg of salt per tablespoon. This is too much salt for people with certain health issues. I tried to drink a tablespoon straight (as we do for the health benefits) and I was thirsty for a few hours after. Yes it is tasty and I do think it would be good for cooking or marinating BUT NOT for drinking straight. Too much sodium.

I add half cup water in about 2table spoon Kurosu, test good That I want to drink it more than I should. I drink it with my Dinner every day.

The product is excellent. It has a slight taste of honey and blends nicely for salad dressings. I will continue to buy this item.

Added a smooth slightly tart flavor to dish I have tried it in so far. Really tasty

Vinegar has an okay taste. Not bad at all. Arrived sealed and fresh.
