I have been selling Milwaukee products at a small business for 12 yrs. I have 4 piece of crap ph pens that will not calibrate new out of the box. The company does not return any of my emails. Junk- that’s what they make! Disappointed

I will need to contact the company asap. I bought a MW108 meter for a 50 agricultural facility and I am personally in love. Out of love . I bought this one for my personal projects and I have no idea how to get to E.C. I’m not happy that it doesn’t go pass 2000ppm, I used the absolutely wrong EC calibration packet for calibration so my TDS is screwed. I’m a little upset. I’m sure Milwaukee cB help. I’m in love with their plastic MW108 meter after being in the agriculturial industry for over a decade best. Meter.However tbis meter is a bit too confused and the knobs for calibration, imo, not a great design as someone can just accidentally touch it and it’ll be off. I hope Milwaukee can help me out. I need E.C, not PPM and hope I can get the perfect standard I will also need to figure out how to get the knobs just right.

I have used this for a year.1 st probe broke just after 6 month warranty next 6 months had 3 go bad! 3rd went out a week after warranty again.i take good care of it.they act like its your fault! had better luck with $35 dollar hanna ph pen several all lasted over 6 months and their old style corded equivelent to this lasted me about 2 years? before ph probe went out.it does hold calibration well when working.not buying again !!!having good luck with oakton ph 2 for 4 months now. good features too!

Works very well. As described. Make sure u wash it after ever use and keep probe moist. Recommend buying 7.01 and 4.01 buffer solution with it because you will need it.
