BistoGravy Granules - 450 Grams

I make great scratch beef gravy but there are times that is not possible. In those cases Bisto is is my only go-to gravy mix. It's very easy to use and lump free with great beef flavor. Its consistency is nether too thick or two thin. If you must have thicker gravy don't use more just add cornstarch instead.I use Bisto gravy mix in slow cooker recipes it's perfect in that regard.Con; Only one complaint. It is fairly expensive but IMO still a good value bing it's a great product.

Purchased as the Canadian-US boarder is closed due to COVID and I ran out of my favorite gravy granules. This was an excellent replacement. I am a fan of roasts as well as potatoes with gravy. I love these gravy granules verses the powdered gravy as I feel that there is a stronger beef flavor. Easy to do, mix your desired proportions of gravy granules and boiling water, stir as it thickens. I've used this over potatoes as well as easy gravy for homemade loco moco.

Bisto gravies are extremely popular in the UK - I learned of this product from my English mother-in-law. Basically it's Beef-flavored cornstarch lol. When prepared using the package directions, no one ever knows this isn't just pan-drippings gravy, although I usually do add this to pan drippings. Easy to use, tastes delicious and makes sauces and gravies a cinch! No more mixing cornstarch in a glass and the mess that that makes. I have not tried the other flavors but I imagine they are just as good as this. Bisto is a staple in my pantry - when I get low I always make sure there is more on the way.

I was introduced to Bisto Gravy Granules while I was living in England. There are several flavors, each one delicious! Making gravy is so easy, just add to boiling water and stir. You can make it as thick or thin as you wish. Your gravy will be lump free as the granule dissolve completely and don't stick together. Bisto is very reasonably priced compared to the little gravy packets sold in the stores here in the USA. Once you try Bisto, you won't want anything else.

I am from the UK and this is the kind of instant gravy we use when its a Wednesday night and you cant be bothered to make real gravy. Its gravy. It tastes like gravy and for me its like a bit of home. This is a good price and very convenient to buy from Amazon. It came well packaged and is the genuine article If you like gravy then this is it.
