They have changed and now they are huge and smell BAD
EDIT: Since my review I have bought these for about the 5th time. This time the capsules smelt HORRIBLE and are long and thin, much harder to swallow. You can see in the picture the ones I'm finishing (left) vs the ones I was going to start (right) and the respective batch numbers.AVOID.My initial review is below, unfortunately this is now moot. Get them from another brand.I've been taking these supplements for a while now and highly recommend them.Although I'm not vegan I really struggle with certain tastes and textures and I find fish oil revolting. I struggle to get enough oily fish in my diet naturally due to a previous stomach operation limiting my intake.These capsules are easy to swallow and taste of absolutely nothing.Although it's relatively low risk to take too much, be mindful of the recommended dosage. The packaging says one a day and it contains a 6 month supply (180 caps), but the Amazon listing's title mentions that 2x are equal to 2000mg in the title. While this is true according to basic maths (1x is 1000mg of flaxseed, yes) unless you're paying attention you may assume that means you need to take two a day. You do not. These are recommended as one capsule per day.Also be aware, 1000mg is the amount of Flaxseed oil per capsule, NOT 1000mg each of Omega 3/6/9. ALWAYS double check the nutritional information and instructions before taking any supplements or oils.One a day is correct, unless you've been told otherwise by a medical practitioner.This aside, as I do read my meds properly, I've had no issues with this product :)Whilst I can't say I've noticed a difference in my health from taking them, I didn't expect to. I take these prophylacticaly to protect my body (specifically my brain) based on validated research and my expertise as a professional!If you struggle to get enough Omega 3/6/9 from your diet then these capsules are a handy and cost effective adjunt to boost your intake!
