Finally found chow mein noodles that I actually like. Would have love to give 5 starts, but at the time of purchase there was no small option, had to get to bags. The second bag is still sitting in the cupboard as we don't make chow mein enough....maybe we should rectify that?

So, I may have a bit of Guyanese bias, but that is where my opinion stops. It matters what others think of your food, not what you think!!!!! I have been using this product since I left Guyana and introduced it to most unlikely crowd of folks - Southern America: you know they can cook and like their food flavorful.Everyone of my friends that I have cooked a chow mein dish for have asked "what have you put in this food", it is a guarded secret.Hear me now and hear me clearly....I delight in the praise I receive from my children about this product when I cook a Guyanese dish. My 8yr old daughter had been eating chow mein only with CHAMPION Chow Mein seasoning. My son born four years later would not eat any noodles unless it is seasoned with CHIEF Chow Mein.I do not know the folks who make this seasoning, but I trust their ingredient for 30 yrs and I recommend that you give them a try too. I did not too like how this tasted and may not buy it again.

My sister used these noodles to make chow mein and it was simply delicious. Taste grwar and do not get mushy.

Just an expensive version of Ramen noodles.Soggy not a good chow mein noodle at all.
