Terrible Quality.
This item is a disaster. I took it out of the box and the front plate where the key goes came off. Then I locked it to see would it come off if locked and this happened.More expensive to return than what it's worth.Disaster.

This Sentry is on a lunch break...
Purchased this from a well-known high street / retail park company (not the orange branded one) over a year ago.It was opened and closed successfully several times (less than 10) and then it became virtually impossible to close easily. It may be waterproof and fire proof but it isn't burglar proof.I discovered on Thursday (8th Feb 2018) that the latch is a fairly thin piece of metal that locks onto a half rounded bar. The rounded portion of the bar provides an easy way to press the latch down without lifting the press switch. But the part operated by the key that prevents the latch being operated is a thin wire - about the diameter of a pencil lead.Press the switch hard enough to move the latch inside, WITH THE SAFE LOCKED, and the latch operates easily and the safe is open.Currently looking at alternatives the secure documents and valuables. This is hopeless.
