One of the "pins" for the 8 pin is a blocking pin. Can't be used for non IK Multimedia devices. I wish there was a a photo of the pins before I bought. I'll add two photos, one is this produce and the other is a true 8 pin din.

Pretty good!
The only think I would change and that it would charge a phone while in use. My old one use too.

Doesn’t work!
Bought this to use with my iRig HD I/O. It works for about :60 and then loses the audio signal and goes back the single blue “waiting” LED. Someone broke the lighting tip on my original one that came with the unit. That was frustrating enough and now having received this imposter makes things worse. I guess I’ll have to wait until the units get restocked in the states and buy a whole new unit for the cable because this one is CRAP!!

Needs to be different sizes
I would love for them to make different sizes to this. A shorter version for when I’m recording others and have the interface with me. and a longer version for whatever I need extra length for. The current cord comes in on size. Not only that it only comes one style. Some of audio junkies will pay extra to get a thicker cord made from premium material such as gold plating. Just some suggestions irig. I’ve used your products for years starting with a handheld stage mic. I currently own a duo, irig studio mic and few other mics from your company. Decent equipment to get yourself going.

Does not work Reloop Beatpad 2.
I purchased this product in hopes it will work with my reloop beatpad 2. I ordered it due to it having the 8 pins which is needed for a connection. There is a plastic pin is causing it not to seat with the female connection. There is a total of seven silver pins. I am not sure if you are counting the "plastic pin" to make up a total 8 pins, I am kind of confused with by this.

I lost my previous cable so I had to buy a new one. This works perfectly! I may buy another one just in case I lose or break this one lol
