My wife loves these place mats. Has several sets of them. I did something stupid and damaged one, so this set was purchased as the replacement. Very substantial product with nice cork backing. A bit pricey but worth the money due to the high quality of the product. Have purchased several sets not because they wear out but because of the diversity of the artwork on them. My only complaint is I wish you could purchase just one and not the whole set if you damage one. Delivery was on time and the product arrived in perfect condition.

I am so impressed by these placemats that I bought a second set (in a diff design). I will report back on how well they hold up but so far I feel like they're excellent. They're beautiful in design and nice and thick. I feel like they will hold up well.

These Vineyard motif place mats are attractive and durable. Just wipe them off with a sponge or dish cloth. Protects table from hot plates. Good value.

When the package came, it was marked "HEAVY". That was no mistake. These are very thick, extremely well made mats. Each is like a little table top. There is NO flexibility, they are too thick for that. The designs are beautiful, the edging, materials and look and feel wreak quality. There are many choices of placemat sets at lower price points on Amazon.com. But if you want something truly special, that should last a lifetime, you have found it.

I really like this product, the quality as well as the design

I had my last set of place mats for 10 years; They finally started to look worn, so I'm using them to place under my dog's bowls. These are so beautiful that I immediately ordered the coasters to match. They are easy to clean and they get used every day. I hope they last as long as my other ones as these do seem to be ever so slightly thinner.

I was hesitant to toss my current placemat because I loved the size and quality so I had high expectations for these. I can say they are perfect. They wipe easily. The size and weight are good. They are a pleasant visual when we sit down to dine. I would recommend a purchase.
