I purchased this mount because it was the same brand as the tv mount I already installed. I was hoping to be able to just slide it in without fully undoing the tv mount but no such luck. I had to remove the mount to insert spacers. Oh well, not their fault on that.The issue I ran into was securing the arms. The arms attach at one point at the the top and one point arm-to-arm creating a scissor-like effect. No matter how tightly I fastened the hardware, the arms still move quite easily under the weight of the sound bar. This means the sound bar sinks lower under the tv then I planned. I found a work-around by zip tying the upper arm to the lower arm. It’s not rock solid but it’s strong enough to not droop down on its own. If it drops again, I might throw some more ties on it.That’s the only issue I ran into. I have no fear of the sound bar falling off or anything. Maybe they could make some way to have two fastener points to keep the drooping under control?

It works great for hanging my wall mountable Polk Signa S2 soundbar from my 55" swing arm style TV mount/bracket. This TV is mounted in the corner of the room so a wall mounted soundbar would have looked like a strange offset. I didn't use the 2 bars that have multiple holes all the way across due to a clearance issue with the status light on the bottom of my TCL 55S401 TV. I only used the mounting bars that have a hole on one end and a long slot on the other. When attaching those mounting bars to the wall mountable holes on the soundbar I used only the red plastic hardware for the back and the longer machine screws that have a wider screw head. I attached those bars to the 2 bottom TV mounting holes that were already in use holding the TV in place by removing one at a time connecting one bar at a time (I used a slightly longer bolt on the bottom left and right). Works great and would look great in any room. I love it!*** NOTE ***There is a good deal of included hardware (machine screws, nuts and washers of commonly related sizes) that came in handy. I had many extras leftover that I didn't need but I'm glad there were so many options included in the box.

Do not fall for the product review video. Two nuts provided in the whole package that only fit one size of the many bolts options provided. The plastic sound bar knob mounts are cheap and will not hold any tightness. All hardware is of course metric. So I had to spend additional $15 to replace entire hardware mounting set needed. It was not worth the additional 4 hours it took to correct all into a workable assembled product. You are better off matching the TV, sound bar, and all mounts in the store. You are not saving that much to offset the waste of time and aggravation.

The brackets that go behind the tv are too dang thick. I’m going to have to modify this using a piece of sheet metal instead to mount to the arms for the sound bar, or get longer bolts. It will probably work on 99% of the TVs, just not mine. A Samsung 65” tv… probably what 100% of you are mounting this to.

The concept is great and it’s not a bad option to save a few bucks but it definitely has its flaws. I bought three of them and tried installing all three a different way to see which was the most sturdy. Every single one wants to drop with the gravity of the sounds at itself. They hold but slowly, throughout a day or a week, drop down and will not maintain the position I lock it in to. I’ve used the lock but/washers and screws are all installed properly too.

The system is pretty smart, however its implementation is horrible. For starters, the bolts that hold the two arms together is too long. This means the bolt extents pretty far beyond the arms. The VESA mounting holes on my TV are slightly recessed from the bottom of the TV, so these bolts were obstructing installation. Additionally, the mounting system for the soundbar is pretty flimsy so the soundbar sags a bit (though I like the way they designed the tightening system).I ended up only using the lower arms and using a variety of spacers to get them to mount. Might still look around for a better solution or just mount it straight to the wall and be done with it

Did exactly what I needed it to do. It secured my sound bar to my TV and I have it hanging low to a level that I want.

I used it to mount a samsung soundbar under my tv but the mount still moves a bit though it was super easy to install. ALSO this kit had my soundbar facing down, i just ended up taking 2 metal brackets and 2 nut/bolt sets I had to mount it facing out towards the room instead of the floor. This might not be the case with other soundbars just depends on where the mounts go on the certain soundbar, as mine were on the bottom and not on the back.

No es tan facil de instalar pero quedan las cosas de maravilla si no quieres perforar mas, la barra de sonido se tuvo que atornillar con los tornillos que trae ya que no quedaba como venia descrito en el manual!
