The size matches the product listing, which I’m so grateful for because my cat being on the larger side (>14 lbs), and was very easy to set up.As per the instructions, I plugged it in for 20 minutes and set a pillow inside the bed. Afterwards I checked for any heat and there was no warmth/heat to the touch (as the product manual states) but I felt that the underside of the bed was warm due to it insulating with our wooden floor and confirmed that it worked/was not malfunctioning.I tried putting my cat inside and she immediately ran out, but found it on her own later and seems to really enjoy laying inside of it. She’s 11 years old and arthritic, and I’m very excited to finally have something outside the vet that can help reduce her pain! She loves to curl herself inside and I found that I could further fold the edges down to create a sturdier surface for her to lay her head on so she can lay comfortably.The product I received matches the product listing, from size, color, function, and comfortability. I’m very happy with this product so far!

I purchased this heated bed for my small dog about a year ago. Works great. Just warm enough. During the winter, our ceramic tile floors can be a little chilly and he loves his heated bed. I recommend using a pillow case or something to cover it because the fabric on the inside, although very plush and nice… grabs everything. It’s a bit difficult to clean so I use a pillow case that I can throw in the was every few days. I would buy this bed again should the heating pad go out.

This heated cat bed is a complete success. Maybe too much of a success. We bought it because my sister in laws cat, who we have been watching for an extended period, likes to sleep on US. Which is cute, but gets annoying. Once we got the heated bed, I plopped her in it and she instantly... ran away. I figured this was going to be like all the other toys we have bought - they look good to humans buit the cats don't care. WRONG! THe next day she found it again and she had been sleeping there ever since. The best part of her day is when she is nice and warm from the heated bed AND the sun hits that spot as well. She enjoys this so much that she is now shunning me. Well, she still had to sit on me at 5 AM, but that's probably a different issue ;-)

Cat hated the texture so I put a pillowcase over it and now she loves it. It doesn't seem to heat up my room very much, so that's good. Cat still prefers it plugged in even in the summer, so it must not get TOO crazy hot lol. Keeping it, and I feel it was worth my money, just wish my cat liked the texture the cat bed came with originally 😋

We got this bed for our 18 yr old cat, and she loves it and wants to be in it all the time! The sides are just fabric so they don't have much support, as some other reviewers noted, but it hasn't been an issue since she fits in it just fine and so does our other cat who is bigger than her and weighs 10 lbs. He tries to get in the bed whenever she's not in it. I highly recommend!

Was worried my cat would be obstinate towards this as cats can be. She was somewhat hesitant but after a bit Iwould find her coiled up sound asleep in this. She wasn't too keen on the warmer.

I'm a longtime fan of the K+H Thermo Kitty heated beds and pads. I consider K+H a quality manufacturer. I decided to try this version of a nest heated bed based on that history and knowing the materials used in other K+H products I've purchased. Why they decided to use a different (likely poor quality) backing material on this one I have no idea. They didn't use it on the other products I've gotten, which is why I'm so surprised. This type of backing material is common on pet beds and I am very familiar with it after years of rescue work. I diligently avoid it... because it usually tears very easily in washing machines, which then releases all the internal padding into the washer/dryer, which then ruins the bed.My cats are already making themselves at home in the bed and look utterly blissful with toasty bellies. For function as a heated bed, this looks like a winner. I haven't had to wash it yet. But I am wary of doing so, and will try to avoid having to wash it as much as possible, because I just don't trust that backing material after my experience with it on other pet beds. I hope K+H continues to use the better backing on their other products, and I will get another one of those instead of this style purely for that reason.

My senior kitty has never shown much interest in pet beds in the past. She prefers instead the warmth of my lap, or even stretching across the laptop on my desk. She’s developed arthritis recently, and her need for warmth has become more evident. From the moment I set this bed on the floor, she immediately hopped in and snuggled down in it. She absolutely loves it and spends most of her time in the bed. I think it must be like a warm hug for her. I could not be happier with this purchase.
