I bought this for my son who is going to college in the Fall and got a computer and iPad combo so I was looking for something that cold handle dorm life.It is definitely not a hardshell case and doesn't have interior padding, but has a ton of pockets for accessories and papers. The straps are very sturdy and there is a lot of padding and cushion between your back and the bag; I wish all backpacks were like that.My son really likes it but for the price vs quality, I don't think its worth it.

I’ve had this bag for 3 years and use it every day. I have had no snags with the zipper as reported by others. I am a DJ and it stores everything I need comfortably. The hard shell is the best feature. It really keeps everything protected. I do have a suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some padding in the bottom of the bag to better protect a laptop if you drop the bag. I put some foam in the bottom of mine. I did get a rip on one chest strap where the logo is stitched in. It’s not a big deal but would also strengthen that seam. Great bag overall.

I got this backpack because my school game me a MacBook to use while in school and I wanted to keep it safe. This backpack has done the job. In rainy Seattle, I never worry about anything inside getting wet. I have fallen backward once & dropped the pack a couple times from about 6ft+, no problems with the contents inside. Plus all the glances & compliments I get... Highly recommend!

Perfect, exactly what I wanted. I feel like my laptop is safe in this. Love the sleek design. Room enough for everything I need. Even my Beatssolo 3 wireless fit, if needed. Although since it is a pretty narrow space, I don’t recommend keeping something like those bulky delicate headphones in there for storage.

I wrote my first review upon receiving my bag after using it one week. Small size and works perfect. More room inside the case then you can image. I use it to carry my 16” MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPad mini. Plenty of room for cable’s also. With all that being said they could have put more quality into the zippers. Used for four months and zippers busted. regular use, not over stuffing the bag, the zippers are poorly made. Can't use now. Zippers came off the track. Only have 30 day guarantee.

I was a bit skeptical about the size, but it fits perfectly. 5/5 recommend. Just go ahead and get it! Really love that hard-shell cover to protect items.
