I rarely give product reviews but this does what it says on the can (well, plastic container!). One blocked kitchen sink, several shop bought products that failed, and then this. First dose didn't work too well probably as I only left it a few hours, but the second dose overnight did the trick. 100% success, and I have ordered a further lot to deal with my bathroom sink which never clears completely. Update will follow on that. Of most use is to have 2 lots of the chemical, so that you don't have to go out again and buy more. It is a bit pricey, but a plumber is quite a lot more. And if it works...….enough said.

Bought this to unblock a clogged toilet. Was a bit wary after a few negative reviews, but I was reassured by manufacturers guaranteed refund if it didn't work. Well, it completely failed to do the job, so I contacted the manufacturer for support. Initially, they agreed to provide a refund, but after sending over my invoice as proof of purchase, they withdrew their offer, claiming the seller was not an authorised reseller of their products. To say I'm annoyed, is an understatement. I'll be making a formal complaint to Amazon.Buyer beware!!!

As we have a treatment plant/septic tank we have to be very mindful on what we use to ensure we protect the bacteria within it. With several girls with long hair and various hair products/shaving foams etc there is a tendency for the showers and sinks to start running away very slowly and to smell. This product is wonderful. We put it down at night, there is no acrid fumes no unpleasant odours. After the given length we then run the water down the waste and everything is clear, running freely and smelling clean.It could be said this is expensive but it works amazingly so happy to recommend it

It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I didn't think it was going to work at first as it didn't seem to be doing anything and then all of a sudden the blockage cleared.

The product is OK, I say that because when using it in a toilet you would be better if the S/Bend water could be shyphoned off before using it, as the water dilutes it's power, well that's my opinion, it is a bit on the expensive side as well.

WHY on earth did I not buy this product earlier I do not know... I have been dealing with a slow sink for years but we've always manually tried to unclog it by using the plunger and that never really got rid of the problem but the sink would drain easier until the next try. But now absolutely nothing has worked our sink was full for 2 days the water would not go down at all not even 1cm... Then I went ahead and bought this, I was so scared that I'll be pouring £15 down the drain... But I was desperate I really did not want to call the plumber, we are renting that would have caused a lot of trouble especially during this pandemic. I followed the instructions, poured 1 of the bottles down, left it there for like 40-45 mins (instructions say 15-30 mins) but I was nervous and impatient. Then poured down 1L of boiled water from the kettle and I can now see the tube inside is all clear I cannot believe that I can now see that further into the pipe, LOL! And now we've got another bottle left in case we ever go through this again which I think we won't anytime soon. Mind you, our apartment probably has never had this sink properly unclogged in 10 years so all that buildup gunk has made it so that nothing else would ever work until I got this product. Thank you!!!!!!!

I used the product over night as said on the product and got exactly the same result as if I hadn't, even using hot water also as said on product, sorry doesn't work for me,I've spent a lot of money for nothing

All I can say is it worked for me. A stubborn blocked toilet that has intermittently backed up for two years was resolved. In a desperate move before I stripped the tiling from the pipe boxing I purchased this. I put a whole bottle in overnight. The next morning there was massive evidence of what it had dislodged.I then flushed with three buckets of hot water. I then used the special plunger specifically for toilets that I had also bought from Amazon. It pushes water under pressure from a nozzle. This seemed to get rid of anything left. Flushed the toilet and bingo. Fast water flow and no backing up.To be double sure but turned out to be unnecessary the next night I did the same thing with a second bottle. There was no evidence of anything backing up as the water was totally clear.Yes it seems expensive per bottle but the result versus the cost of other remedial works means it works out very very cheap!I’m impressed and very happy.
