Good for 100-150 device Office networks
After struggling with internet quality in office, we installed a UniFi setup and are extremely happy with the plug and play setup, dashboards and performance so farSome advanced configuration is not available via GUI and needs tinkering with the config files via ssh - but if your objective is to get a network up and running - with good performance and all basics and no unnecessary pain - but this gateway, it’s worth it

Amazing value for the money!
Product arrived in NEW condition. Was a tad complicated to setup ONLY because my current network was already using a similar IP range 192.168.1.1 so if you have something already on that IP, you will have to fiddle with things. For most people, this won't be an issue. I found it easier to just hook my laptop up to the LAN1 port, and configure it that way. Then once configured to my network in the 10.x.x.x range everything worked beautifully. Tons of stats, beautiful stats... it knows all the types of traffic and is one of the best routers I have ever owned. I live in an APT and this is overkill but, it's what I wanted. A quality, powerful, router... there are so many options it's going to take me ages to dig into them all.. but, it runs "out of the box" on my network with very little configuration. The only problem that took me a long time was my old network conflicted with this device and created problems... but, overall.. i'm super happy with this piece of technology!I have more unify products on the way. Also, I was scared to buy from an unknown company (to me anyways) something this nice... but, the place I bought it from shipped me something NEW... and that's all I ask for when buying something off Amazon. Too often things are returned and shipped back out as "new"... this was in perfect condition so I am a happy customer. :)

Buying the right thing or choice
The product is good but the seller service is ridiculous.Seller apply a 20% restocking fee for any returns that are classified as not seller-responsible. This includes anything that is not defective or not-as-described. If the item we receive back is materially different from the product we sent, we may withhold up to a 50% restocking fee. Materially different includes open, used or installed items. In effect, it is any situation where the condition of the item is such that it can no longer be sold as new.

Complicated for basic options
I got this to remove the bell home hub. I use a asus router with a media converter to acheave this. I got this to plug fibe directly to my network like a pro but it do not have all the full pppoe settings like a cheap router. Not possible to change eth0 eth1 eth2 vlan . Verry basic settings .i like stats for nerds stuff but i still got it in a 200$ router with more options. It canot detect my 24port poe ubiquiti switch easy. Its just not polished like big brand stuff.I feel the long range wifi put them on the map but still a pain to configure.

Great performance, simple but slightly confusing setup
We got this to replace a SonicWALL router that was aging, out of support, and starting to need reboots to keep working. It supports a simple, flat, and unmanaged network that provides shared Internet access. Ubiquiti products are great for simple environments where all you need is something reliable that you can leave alone and it just works once you have set it up. It helps that there is no support contract required. I understand what routers do but have very little hands on experience using the console. Updating the router to the latest software before install was confusing, so I found a guy on Fiverr who logged in remotely and took care of it. After that, the install was easy enough.
