Great alternative for my Milwaukee heated jacket. Comfortable size and shape for tucking out of the way when in use. Long lasting and functions as good as original Milwaukee.

This was exactly as described and has worked very well for the last month. It was bought as a power supply for a portable stereo using a 12 v car receiver. It runs for several hours on a charge and takes several hours to recharge but I have not timed that exactly. It does not get warm and is way less money than most battery packs of a similar capacity. My only complaint and it is a small one, is that you must unplug the 12 volt output socket to put in the charging cord. It also requires you to know that the power switch must be on in order to charge the unit. Even if off, the indicator lights come on, giving you the impression something is happening.So, be sure you read the instructions before using it. Although it states it will put out 5v usb, I do not think I would have bought this unit for a 5v usb battery pack. There are similar packs of similar capacity that are much cheaper. However there were few for 12 v output. So it fills the bill very well and is much lighter and cheaper than an equivalent lead-acid 12 v battery.***This is an update. I have had it for 10 months now and I use it for a few hours every weekend to power a portable USB speaker. It is still going strong and has been very reliable. Given that there are basically no other comparable units I am very happy with this unit.New update: I have had this unit for over 8 years and it is still running well. No failures, no problems except it takes a shorter time to deplete the charge. But for an 8 year old pack, it is doing really well.in fact, just because it is still working, I'm adding a star.

Having reliable power is very important to me. I have several UPS at home to protect my home lab and basic infrastructure. I use this to power my ISP's ONT device so that even if the power goes out, my Internet connection is not reset and have to reconnect everything. With the large battery, it should provide for even a couple of hours of down time.

These are nice battery packs that perform well, however when bench testing (at 1 amp) I'm seeing 4 mAh of capacity, not the rated 6.

I use these batteries to power remote control traps I build to trap feral cats. I also use this to power the hotspot if I am going to use it for an extended period time. I recently went to a theme park with my daughter, and I was able to charge my iPhone several times and also charge my daughter's iPhone. We has it charging one or our phones throughout the day, and we still had 3 lights when we returned to our hotel room. They are a powerful back-up battery, but it's important to read the instructions and keep it on when recharging. When I loan them out, I tape a note to them to remind people to keep them on while recharging. I use these all the time. If I think it's going to be wet or misty out, I take precautions to keep the battery dry.

I like to go camping in my truck and this is exactly what I needed. This portable 12v rechargeable battery pack works great with the 12v LED car interior lights that I picked up on Amazon. It takes a while to charge completely and the 5th charging light looks to be misaligned, but I haven't had a chance to see how long the charge lasts. I love the fact that it has a USB plug as well as a DC plug (for a 2.5 x 5.5 x 11mm post), so it can work with more applications than just what I am using it for. After some useage I might update this review.
