I never leave reviews but I like this so much that I had to. I am not a professional. I decided to start doing my nails myself at home to save money. I got this kit because it has everything that you need to get started. The picture is my second time using the kit. I am very pleased with the results. I gave myself this manicure two weeks ago and I think that it is holding up very well.I wanted to add some colors so I purchased more gel polish from a different brand and it was way too runny. It made an absolute mess. This polish is perfect and this is definitely the starter kit to try.For this manicure I used two coats of the pink glitter over clear poly gel. The colors are slightly different than shown in the pictures but they are all beautiful.

It is a very good kit. However for my nails it is better if I use a nail primer ( not included in the kit) and then apply the base coat. This gives me chip free gel polish. Recommended.

First time to use gel nail polish -- picked Vishine because of the many high ratings.NB: I don't have any other experience with gel polish to compareI prepped my nails as directed -- the prep tools included were just fineI applied the base coat as directed;I applied the burgundy/eggplant color polish as directed ... I did 3 coats of the color polish totalI applied the matte top coat as directed.I will say that the LED hurt for the top coat, not the others, I don't know if that's normal / typical / expected.Despite applying 3 coats of the color polish & being careful not to glop it on, my nails were streaky -- I wasn't happy with the look. The bottles of polish are small so I don't know how long one would last if I have to apply 5 layers to each nail.Taking off the polish didn't go as expected either -- applied 100% acetone soaked cotton ball to my nails for 20 min TWICE -- and still part of my nail came off with the polish. If I use Vishine again, I'll just use my nail dremmel to remove the polish.

Everything that comes in this kit is perfect! The colors are great, takes about 3-4 coats for the color to be completely opaque, but the glitter just took one coat to be perfect for what I did. Bottles are super small, but also a good amount to get started until you can pick what colors u want to get..All the implements, files, striping tape, dotter, French manicure pieces and gems are perfect!I would say that each coat takes about 2 mins to dry (at least that's what it says on the back of the box, and the "no wipe" top coat, mimics the "top it off" gelish provides and needs the wipe.I would 100000% recommend this to someone who is looking to get started and wants to try out at home gel manicures. Its got everything you need, I would also recommend getting the gelish basic starter kit with a top, base, PH bond, cuticle oil, cleanser, and artificial nail removal, just to have the basics with this set.Buuuut this set alone is a good buy. It really does mimic and come close to the items you get in that (gelish) kit. (Minus cleanser and remover, which u can replace with acetone and rubbing alcohol)
