creakong? I dont know I have been experimenting with creatine most of my adult life. I understand 5mg is the standard dose per day and you gotta let it do its job in your body. It really does need to synthesize and get into your blood flow and begin to work. It does release and get into the body from eating steak as well. Its a natural component to the muscular body. I just wanted to try this product because it had some extra creatine ingredients that I thought would help elvate my lifting. And well, job well done, it does indeed help get you to your next plateau. But lets be crystal clear. I use legal chemicals and foods to grow and get stronger and I use creatine. I do not use any testosterone or growth enhancers or any kind of steroids. If you mungle mutants want to transform your bodies into meat machines, be my guest, but I am a natural and not going through the route of extracurricular gym deviancy. You knuckleheads need to wake up and start looking up after the guys who actually put in the work and do their physical exercises to failure. Not these steroid snowflakes who inject every scientific ingredient of death into their body just to get a certified congratulation and a paper check and sponsorship from some supplement company. Facts are facts, eat right, work out to failure and you will see results. DO NOT use steroids or illegal drugs to ruin your body and kill yourself.
