good zipties, no issues with them. better to use cloth gloves when tying them up. Pretty tough if you decide to shorten them.

These work great. Frankly, I don't understand the reviews that claim that it was hard to apply or use these ties. I suspect those must be from people trying to use it to enclose something with circumference of nearly equivalent length to the usable length of the tie. They're probably used to plastic ties which you can grab and pull (and deform slightly in the process). Of course, the solution here is to either buy ties of appropriate length or use two. You're not going to "stretch" these ties.I had my concerns and after having used them, I'm pretty blown away. They accomplish exactly the job I want and behave just the way one would expect. I feel working with them in a tight space is just as easy/difficult as with nylon or plastic zip ties. They feel just as secure as the screw-type clamps with the flexibility of ties that you pull.The only thing to keep in mind - unlike some plastic ties, these are not designed for reuse. While it is possible to back one out, you're better off just cutting it off and learning from your mistake.

Solid straps, locks into place easy.The locking mechanism feels like it may give out, but so far so good.If I have issues I'll change my review.

These things are useless for tightening down on header wrap. You can’t pull hard enough to gain the needed tightness. I have the tool to tighten the ball style straps and even tried that with all but 2 failing. I wouldn’t buy these for any job that requires them to be tight!

The stainless quality was good. The 14 in length needed easier to get around the pipe in tight spaces. However, the latching mechanism is not great quality. I pulled on one to tighten it with a pair of needle-nose pliers and it completely broke. I had to grab the strap with pliers and hold a flat blade screwdriver on the latching mechanism in order to get it tight. Overall, it got the job done.

I used these to attach metal hanging flower baskets to my balcony railing and they were perfect. I was able to easily tighten them with needlenose pliers and cut them with regular scissors (carefully, since the cut edge is sharp). I was even able to color them with a black sharpie so they blended in with the black iron railing. They've lasted almost a year with no sign of loosening or wear. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Probably not using for the typical reason because I was tying down bird feeders so squirrels would not overturn. They were easy to use and so far (2 days) have done the job. If they continue to work this will be a huge achievement. The squirrels have chewed through other metal ties.Thank you
