Excellent mans cologne. I have used all my life and now I give to sons and grandsons.

This appears to be an incorrect fragrance in the bottle. The packaging appears strange since it appears to have arabic writing on it.I have been getting this cologne for 10's of years. This bottle smells differently from all the bottles that I have purchased in the past. It also has somewhat different packaging which I hardly expected from a perfumer who originated this cologne over 160 years ago - mainly including small arabic appearing writing on the base of the box.I will get another bottle from say Nieman Marcus or Saks and compare it. Tricky business buying things like this from Amazon!

It's an okay smell but it's very dated, and after doing research on this cologne I would not have made the decision to purchase it. With that stated, I'm glad I purchased it because it's an important historical fragrance. It will work for a multitude of situations and is nice to just spritz on for a quick pick me up and then experience the disappearance of the cologne..
