Q: What width is this please?

Width is 90cms and light really soft and very easy to use

Q: Is this suitable to use inside baby clothes to hide stitches ?

It’s usually used between tow other fabrics to give support. I don’t think I’d use it in baby clothes.

Q: Is this appropriate for homemade face masks?

I am not an expert but I would say this is too heavy for face masks. I would use a finer one.

Q: which fabric is recommended for interlinking of masks?

I found this on the internet & have bought a second lot to make masks with. I find it good to sew into masks between two pieces of 100% cotton fabric. I wear them and so do my children and husband. I hope this helps. Manufacturer Vilene/Vlieseline recommends 4 of their interfacings for masks. However, they accept no liability. I recommend buying a light or medium weight type for easier breathing.
