Good product, adds flavor to many dishes, and cheaper than the Penzeys version.

The best garlic powder I’ve tried so far; obviously because it’s a roasted garlic flavor, there is a more robust flavor profile, I’m a fan of this one.

This garlic is so tasty and cost effective that I’ll never go without it. It’s a HONKIN’! jar of roasted garlic goodness that can only be described as FOOD FOR THE GAWDS! It’s ESPECIALLY suited to soups and sauces, grilling and Mexican food (I’m looking at you steak enchiladas). It lends a deep, almost smokey flavor that subtly changes the profile of a dish. I have tinkered with guacamole for 30 years and this garlic has elevated it to the next level. Here’s the recipe. 1 avocado (large diced), 1 small shallot (finely minced) and 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic powder. Mix ingredients in a small bowl with a fork, turning the fork sideways and “cutting thru” the guac… almost like an aggressive fold. If the avocado was still on the firm side, use the fork to break it up. If on the soft side, be careful not to mash it too much because you want it chunky. Season with Maldon salt, fresh cracked pepper and more garlic powder if desired and gently fold to combine. Cover the guac, pressing plastic wrap onto the surface and let sit for at least 30 min for the flavors to meld together. It’s pretty basic because I like the flavor of the avocado to shine and not be over powered. When my sister visits, she wants more razzamatazz so, I add lime juice and a lil microplaned zest with half a seeded diced tomato just for her.

I used this but I didn't really see a difference! I probably wouldn't buy again, because the price was pretty wild!

I love this product. The taste is so much more complex and richer than regular garlic powder. I use it on everything savory that I cook.
