I’ve tried, no less than, a dozen earplugs from Amazon which didn’t work for my small and sensitive ears. I even tried the Mack’s Original Purple ones and none of them worked for me.These Earplugs from Mack’s are true to their description. The are smaller, in diameter and length, than the Original purple ones but what makes them so much more comfortable, in my ears, is the density (soft and cushy), length and diameter. I no longer wake up with sores in my ears. I no longer wake up, in the middle of the night and take my earplugs out due to the pain they cause me. I wake up with my earplugs still in my ears and no pain. I couldn’t be more thankful for Mack’s designing these earplugs. I purchased the small pack to test them. I’m now purchasing the 50 pair container. Thank you Mack’s!

I've got a noisy neighbor who shares a wall, and Mack's earplugs are comfortable for my smaller ear channels, stay in and allow me to get rest. And at a very affordable price, it's okay if I lose one once in awhile.

These are exactly the same as the cheap foam earplugs at your local drugstore. A bunched up napkin does a slightly better job of noise reduction.

These are very soft and comfy but too small for my ear canal. Didn't block noise well and fell out when sleeping. Maybe good for kids?

Initially I bought these to see if they would be able to help me sleep better at night. But wow I did not realize how life changing these little smushable purple ear plugs would be instantly. I got them and wanted to try them out right away right when I got home. Instantly I had become calmer the second I put them in. Back story: it came to my attention that I get overstimulated and have sensory overload very easily and a lot of it has to do with noises. I can still hear but it’s as if I have a pillow on each of my ears just quieting everything nicely. I’ll be purchasing these now for the rest of my life. Also, they are so comfortable ☺️ 10/10

These macks slim fit ear plugs are the absolute best. I have tried every single brand and none were as comfortable as these. They are not bulky like the others and the foam material is very soft and cushion like. Very easy to place in your ears. They block noise out and I don't even feel them in my ears at all. I highly recommend these!!!!!!
