I like L-Histidine for my allergies, sneezing, watery eyes, etc.The health food stores in Kansas City, MO have taken L-Histidine, of any label, off of the shelves because this nutrient works,so please beware.

I read the studies regarding how a higher dose of histidine can boost pro-filaggrin and filaggrin production in your body, and consequently, help with any eczema issues. It has only been a week and I have noticed a slight positive difference. I will report back in about a month. This is not to say that the product is not good or bad, but my intended use for it was for a specific reason. Testing out if this reason is true. The product is a bit pricey in my opinion, but its the first time I get supplemental histidine, I might just go for a bulk option later. The capsules are only 500mg, so its not even that high a dose, therefore you need about 3 to 4 pills per day to intake an extra 2 gr of histidine (bottle has 60 pills).

So I have resorted to buying these 500 mg capsules, carefully cutting a hole in the end of the capsule with a scissors, pouring half of the powder into an empty gelatin capsule, and pouring the other half into another empty capsule. I would much rather break the tablets in half, but for the sexual benefit I can deal with the extra work of making the capsules once a month.

Couldn't tell a difference after 2 bottles.

This is great for my son as over the counter anti-histamines make him have full blown meltdowns. This is a supplement that we wouldn't be without. Good shipping and good price.
