YIMI IS BACK!!! omg this vegetable mix has been out of stock forever and i am thrilled it is back! its the only one i can find that doesnt have onion! no shallots/leeks/green onion/dried onion at all!!! usually these mixes are so onion heavy you cant even taste anything else this stuff is amazing (note: some of their products do have onion i am referring to vegetable mix 1)

This stuff is great. I use it for dog food and my dogs love it and it took a long time to find a dehydrated vegetable mix that didn’t have onion or garlic. I pour it into a large Tupperware with instant oats and mix it all together. I pour a couple scoops into a bowl and add water and microwave for one minute and it’s perfect. Then I add some pieces of chicken my dogs devour it.

There’s way too little shrimp, fish, cake, and imitation crab meat in the mix. Seems like it’s mostly carrots and bell peppers I think it’s way too expensive for what I got.

It was fantastic in instant ramen when i prepared it over the stove. I don’t use the microwave for ramen so i cannot attest to that. As can be expected it will add a slight aroma and flavor of fish to whatever you put it in, but not overpoweringly so.When i prepared it with the noodles i first place a few spoonfuls of the product in and boiled them for a couple of minutes then i added the noodles for the normal amount of time for them to cook. The texture of the mix was slightly firm and quite pleasant.The size of the container was surprisingly large and i expect it will go a long way. The mix itself is at the size i expected and is perfect for soups.

Hydrated dried vegetables in chicken bouillon for 12 hours and they were still chewy like gummy bears. Not sure they will ever soften enough that my fa I'll ly would eat them in soup

Large package makes this a good value. I love popping in a handful for a crunchy snack or throwing some into my ramen. Rehydrates perfectly.
