Perhaps with the fervor of the passing of the great ascension train timeframe
A wealth of information. It's up to you and your own research and experiences to what you believe and don't believe. I find some of it quite accessible to positive knowledge and some I find to be a bit too much. Perhaps with the fervor of the passing of the great ascension train timeframe, things will settle back into more reasonable means of self exploration and ascension. I wouldn't dismiss the knowledge so much as some of the over the top ritual to get there. Hold on to your grains of salt and go for it.

Wonderful Book
I adore this book. It was my first ascension book and it made it so real for me, I took on the challenge and never looked back! Today I am an advanced student and loving it. My deepest gratitude to Dr. stone for all his hard work!

Great starter.
This is a very good book. It starts with history of Atlantis and all, then takes you step by step through the Ascended Masters. I'm finishing my second reading and will take about a month off then read it again. Sometimes when I read before going to bed I have some awesome lucid dreams.

Interesting philosophy, not a manual.
This is quite a work! The author is clearly a dedicated soul and I appreciate the effort that went into the writing of this book. That being said, this is NOT a manual for ascension. There is a lot of information, much speculative, based on modern channeling (not ancient time- proven texts) and the theosophical society’s works, especially Alice Bailey’s. There is a lot to do with the Great White Brotherhood and simply “calling upon” things to happen to you, not a lot of authentic practices.I was drawn to this kind of work at the beginning of my journey, and can say from experience, that it’s a lot of mental imagining. It’s pretty “woo” before the age of the internet. This book was written in 1994 and there is a lot of predictions stated as facts that things are going to happen in the late 90s that simply didn’t occur, provided with no caveats about the nature of future predictions or channeling. This undermines the authority and efficacy of the work presented. If you really resonate with the Ascended master info, you will like this. But it is a lot of praying and asking and “working in your sleep on the inner planes” which I have found to be misleading, disempowering and unfortunately, delusional.I really do respect the writing of this book, I know it came from the heart, and if one has good discernment and a true ability to hold grounded awareness, it is an interesting read.I gave four stars because I believe it is a worthwhile book, if only to be aware of other philosophy.Despite my initial disappointment in the content and discernment of the “woo” factor; I still wanted to read it, and that counts for something.

A must have spiritual tool!
This was one of the best spiritual books on ascension I have ever read. It is very simple to read and understand and it comes with a very specific guide on executing the processes. I have read many books from all manner of authors and viewpoints including Alice Bailey. Most are very hard to decipher and put into practical use. I am greatly looking forward to the rest of the series.

A must.
Absolute must read for anyone who considers themselves human. Period. Many thanks to all of humanity's "ascension pioneers" and all the scribes and record keepers on and beyond earth. May the Light fully restore the Plan on earth.

Difficult reading
As an extensive reader of many metaphysical books, I found this book difficult to understand and a bit "over my head". Not for the person who is just starting their spiritual journey. I became very frustrated and could not get too far in it. Perhaps I will pick it up another time and get more from it.
