Feel more energy
I've enjoyed feeling more energy while sleeping on this mat.I don't mind the material to sleep on and I feel less inflamed as a result.I gave it 4 stars because I have to adjust the mat every morning as it has trouble staying in place.

Didnt seem to notice anything different
Item came on time and looked just like the picture I ordered from. I tried the item for several weeks but never seemed to notice any difference at all. It could work and just be me, I'm sure everyone is different.
