I have had these about 9 months and I love them. I have arthritis and meniscus issues with both knees but walking and exercise is still very important to me. I use these almost daily at times because they take up little space in the freezer and strap on with little effort. Velcro still going strong / ice packs still in good shape. Great investment.

The size recommended was too small so had to return them. And the size I needed couldn’t arrive in the time so I never got to use the product. Thought they did seem to be of good quality.

I injured my knee and needed this for pain relief. Definitely worked well. The only thing I would suggest is getting a back up ice pack so you can switch it out when yours gets hot.

Simple and effective

It's not bad but I was originally thinking it would be an ice pack that wrapped around the knee and had the gel beads all throughout instead of it being an ice pack that only sits on the kneecap

I have knee replacement surgery coming up so I NEED ice packs for my knee that will stay cold a long time and that will wrap around a swollen knee. I decided to order two different products to make sure that at least one of them would be adequate for post-surgery recovery. The Coldest Knee Pack is 99% Marketing Hype. Take a look at what you get on the LEFT. A small velco wrap around that might work for a tiny person with a tiny bit of swelling. It certainly won't work on a larger knee. The ice pack is TINY. I don't care if its "the coldest". A teeny tiny ice pack is not going to bring relief. Now take a look at the product on the right. I got TWO huge knee ice packs for about the same price as the one teeny tiny Coldest Ice pack. Also the product on the right came with instructions and a bag to put the ice packs in before putting it in the freezer (which is good for those who need to make sure the ice pack is CLEAN before you put it on your swollen knee. I am not here to push the producct on the right... I just want you all to see what you're getting with the Coldest Ice Pack.... a tiny little thing that is extremely hyped and overpriced.
