I think it works as you really don't want to have to drink another.I personally think the taste is gross, tastes like horse feed smells if that makes sense.Maybe owners of flighty horse should brew a cup and put in the feed. Its not for me.That doesn't mean I'm going to score it low as its not their fault I don't like it

Like a warm diazapam!
I'm very stressed , bad anxiety. This relaxes me so much , honestly I didn't think it would have any affect, but it really soothes me...I take less prescribed diazapam with this tea. I know , but everybody is different & our chemistry is different. It works for me & I love the taste of Lavender...
