Good came fast but not in resealable bag. If you don't know this is just plaster of paris which is way cheaper than this stuff.

Not much to say really, "does what it says on the tin". The the person complaining it is just sheet rock/plasterboard (or gypsum/hydrocal), yes but it is food grade. If you need lightweight plaster, go buy hydrocal - it is much cheaper - but it isn't necessarily safe for eating (and sheet rock definitely isn't!).I used it for amending water for brewing beer. I understand cheese makers also use food grade calcium sulphate.

Cost effective quantity for building brewing water from RO. Buying in a 1 lb package is significantly cheaper than buying in the small bottles at the LHBS.
