I use it for remineralizing RO water
I use this as calcium to remineralize my RO water. It works very well.

Homebrew, pickles and blossom end rot.
A versatile product. It keeps the pickles crisp and cures tomato blossom end rot. I mixed 18 g in 4 liters of water per plant and drenched the grow bags. All the tomatoes that ripened after the drench were fine. Haven't brewed with it yet, but it was the best price. Much less expensive than the exact same chemical sold in smaller packages for pickling.

Buy in bulk to save!
I recommend buying Calcium Chloride in bulk like this to save money. Just make sure that you get a nice tight container to keep it in because it will attract moisture.
